Illinois Towing Company Fingerprinting – Tow Rotation List

It’s not as hard as some think it might be.  Illinois towing companies wanting to be added to local or state tow rotation lists may be required to be fingerprinted if the entity requires it.  Besides being licensed to operate a towing service, if the towing service wanted to be placed on the Tow Rotation list AND the entity requires fingerprinting – the owner and all drivers must be fingerprinted for that entity.  If required – you would need to be fingerprinted for each tow rotation list you are listed on.

Secureone Livescan is a State of Illinois licensed livescan vendor authorized to fingerprint for almost any tow rotation list.  Special corporate pricing available.

WHY CHECK MY FBI CRIMINAL REPORT?

Personal Review– Reviewing your official FBI Identification Record, and correcting inaccurate information, could put you on a new career path in today’s security conscious work environment.

Foreign Travel or Work– Some foreign countries/embassies ask that you provide a copy of your criminal history record when requesting travel authorization.

Work or Student Visas– When applying for a Work Visa or Student Visa, some foreign countries require a copy of your criminal history record as part of the background investigation.

Adoption Requirements– Most states, and some foreign countries, require a complete criminal history check when applying to adopt a child.

Attorney Requests– To ensure proper legal representation, federal regulations allow you to request a copy of your personal criminal history report and have it sent directly to your attorney.

Challenge Errors and Inaccurate Information– Just like your personal credit report, you have the right to challenge inaccurate information on your FBI Criminal Report and have it corrected.

Court Related Matters– With arrest, conviction and sentencing information from all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands, the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) at the FBI is very busy. Federal courts report conviction and sentencing information directly to the FBI. State and local courts report their information to a state identification bureau, which is responsible for sending the information to the FBI.

Please be aware of the rules and regulations governing how FBI criminal history information may be requested and utilized.

Please feel free to contact us for any additional questions you might have regarding obtaining your FBI Report.

Medical Marijuana Licensing Process

What is required in order to become a licensed medical marijuana dispensary agent or caregiver?

The Arizona Department of Health Services requires fingerprinting for both medical marijuana caregivers and dispensary agents. If you are considering submitting an application for either of these two, you must first get 2 copies of your fingerprints taken on a standard FD-258 fingerprint card. The fingerprint technician will request a valid State or Government issued ID in order to begin fingerprinting. Upon completion and signing of the fingerprint cards, the technician will place your prints inside of an envelope along with a verification form and seal the envelope and sign his/her name on the outside of the envelope.

What can you expect when you arrive at our Mesa office for fingerprinting? Each applicant can expect to be processed between 5 to 10 minutes, with no messy ink on your hands. A link to the website has been attached in case you have questions about the application process. Please call Secureone Livescan with any questions about fees.

Mandatory Fingerprinting for Alarm Agents In Arizona

The State of Arizona requires all Alarm Agents to be fingerprinted in order to perform their duties as an alarm agent. The State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR) and Department of Public Services (DPS) have just revised the process in order to expedite the process. Agents need to complete the application for the Level One Fingerprint Card and submit to DPS for processing and, once the card is issued, it will be good for 6 years rather than having to be renewed annually.

Secureone Livescan has the Level One Clearance Card applications along with the fingerprint cards that go with that application at our Mesa office. Please make sure to bring proper government issued ID and the fingerprinting fee and let  Secureone Livescan handle the rest. No appointment required and there is typically no wait time. The link below contains the latest update from DPS on this process change.
